Halibut and Thyme

Perked up leftover orzo salad with some halibut. The peas lost their brightness when I warmed up the pasta (I did that in a pan on the stove with the tiniest bit of water and some olive oil), but I like the muted green of cooked peas. The halibut couldn't be easier -- baked in parchment with thyme, a mix of kalamata and oil-cured olives ( both with pits), a squeeze of lemon, some salt pepper, and olive oil.
